We offer a structured program designed specifically for construction and trade businesses looking to build and support a female workforce.

This includes:

  • Recruitment – sourcing and placing female candidates suited to your business

  • Soft skills training – preparing candidates with the communication, confidence, and workplace skills needed to succeed on-site

  • Onboarding support – assisting with integration into your team and setting clear expectations from day one

  • Ongoing mentoring & check-ins – providing continued support to both the employee and employer to improve retention and performance
